Trade programme
Trade accounts built for the bay.
Pro pricing, priority inventory, Net-30 terms, and a rep who answers. Open to collision shops, refinish crews, detail studios, MSOs, and fleet-maintenance ops buying auto body supplies and refinish chemistry every month.
A wholesale program built for automotive body shops, not hobbyists.
Autofxmart Trade is a volume-pricing and net-terms program purpose-built for professional automotive body shops, collision centers, refinish studios, detail operators, production paint shops, and fleet-maintenance crews. If your bay consumes paint, abrasives, masking, fillers, primers, or detailing chemistry on a monthly cycle — this program is for you.
We stock 10K+ pro-grade SKUs from the brands your techs already reach for: 3M, Evercoat, U-POL, Mirka, Norton, House of Kolor, SEM, Transtar, POR-15, PCL, Pro-Spray, High Teck, Anest Iwata, SAS Safety, and others. No private-label fillers padding margin, no mystery-vendor discs — the catalogue is chosen by people who've stood in a paint booth and know which products hold up.
What a trade account actually gets you.
The headline features — trade pricing, priority fulfilment, a named rep, Net-30 terms — are the baseline. The reason shops move their monthly spend to us is the operational stuff underneath:
- Inventory depth on the consumables you actually burn. P320 DA discs, 3M 8115 panel bond, Evercoat Rage Gold, Q1 6135 fine-line tape — stocked by the case, not the clamshell.
- Same-day ship by 3pm CT. Order cut-off you can actually schedule around. Standard ground to CA, NV, AZ, OR, WA. LTL for pallet-volume orders nationwide.
- SDS-backed compliance library. Safety Data Sheets live one click from every regulated product page. Your compliance binder is auditable without emailing a rep.
- Cross-brand substitution. When a specific SKU is on backorder, your rep flags an equivalent from the catalogue — same grit, same bond strength, same flash profile. The booth doesn't wait because a single lot number is out.
- Consolidated, auditable invoicing. Net-30 invoices match the PO, split per location if you need, ready to reconcile on the first of the month.
Who we onboard — and who we don't.
We onboard any registered business in the automotive trades buying regularly. That means single-bay collision shops, multi-location MSOs, refinish studios, mobile and shop-based detail operators, paintless-dent-repair crews, restomod garages, dealer recon centers, and institutional fleet-maintenance operations. We also work with vocational and trade-school programs training the next generation of auto body techs.
We don't onboard retail hobbyists, one-off DIY customers, or resellers operating without a business license. This program is built around recurring-use-case buying — the pricing and the service model only work if you're actually using what you buy.
What's included
Six things we do for every account.
Pro pricing, applied automatically
Your account unlocks volume-tier discounting at checkout. No codes, no end-of-month reconciliations — the price you see is the price you pay.
Priority fulfilment
Orders from trade accounts pull from priority inventory and ship first. Critical when the booth is waiting for clear or hardener.
A real rep, no bots
One dedicated contact for pricing, backorders, and special requests. Phone, email, text — whatever's fastest in your bay.
Net 30 terms
After three clean orders, approved accounts move to Net 30 with a shop-friendly credit process. No personal guarantees on low tiers.
Custom stocking orders
Running a weekly kit? We'll hold it, build it, and ship on your calendar — not on ours. Useful for subscription-style refills.
Job-tested brands only
3M, SAS, Norton, Evercoat, Mirka, House of Kolor, U-POL, POR-15, and more. No private-label filler lining our margins.
Transparent volume pricing
Four tiers. No haggling.
Your tier is set by rolling 90-day spend and auto-upgrades. Every SKU in the catalogue is discounted at checkout.

Who we serve
Built for the bays that move metal.
COLLISION
Collision & body shops
Panel bond, weld-through primers, fillers, seam sealers, and fine-line masking. OEM procedures supported with 3M, SEM, U-POL, Evercoat, and Transtar chemistry that survives a second hit.
REFINISH
Refinish studios
Base-clear systems, tri-coats, single-stage urethanes, primers, reducers, hardeners. House of Kolor, Pro-Spray, High Teck, PCL — stocked deep by gallon, not half-pint.
DETAIL
Detail & reconditioning
Ceramic, polish, compound, clay, iron-X, DA paper, buffing pads. 3M Perfect-It, Wizards, SEM color-coat — the stuff that carries the trade-in bump on every auction car.
FLEET
Fleet & MSO
Volume consumables, standardised SKUs across locations, contracted pricing, consolidated invoicing. Built for the roll-up shops and the quiet regional chains that keep fleets on the road.
What pros say
The shops we get up for.
We switched two locations over last spring. Same-day ship, one rep who knows our tech leads, and a straight invoice on the first of the month. Full stop — that's the program.
The SDS library alone saved us a compliance headache last quarter. Our Net-30 invoices match the PO every time. I can actually forecast refinish COGS again.
Net-30 and a rep who actually picks up the phone. That's the whole pitch and they delivered. Our booth hasn't waited on clear in six months.

Questions we get a lot
Before you apply.
Who qualifies for a trade account?
Any registered business in the automotive, collision, refinish, detail, paintless-dent-repair, restomod, or fleet-maintenance vertical. We work with single-bay operators, multi-location MSOs, mobile detailers, production paint shops, dealer recon centers, and institutional fleets. We do not onboard retail hobbyists or one-off DIY customers — we built this program specifically for recurring-use-case buyers.
How long does approval take?
One business day, in most cases. Submit the application, a rep verifies your shop and sourcing mix in a 5–10 minute phone call, and you're live at checkout the same day. Net-30 terms follow after three clean orders.
How does volume pricing actually work?
Your tier is set by your rolling 90-day spend and auto-upgrades. Discounts apply to every SKU at checkout — no codes, no separate price sheet. At the top end (Fleet / MSO), we write contract pricing on the specific SKU families you buy most.
We do not discount selectively by brand or category. Every line gets the same tier percentage. That means your internal job-costing math stays clean — one multiplier, no surprises.
Are there order minimums?
No minimum per order. Your tier is based on 90-day rolling spend, not a per-order threshold. Small top-up orders between big restocks still get trade pricing and same-day ship by 3pm CT.
What happens if something's on backorder?
Trade accounts get notified before retail customers and pulled to the front of the re-allocation queue when stock lands. Your rep will also flag an equivalent cross-brand substitute when one exists — e.g. swapping a Norton disc for a Mirka or Sunmight equivalent — so the booth doesn't wait.
How do Net 30 and Net 60 terms work?
Net 30 opens after three clean orders and a short credit review. No personal guarantee required at the Shop tier. Multi-bay accounts can move to Net 30 standard at onboarding with trade references; Fleet / MSO accounts qualify for Net 45 or Net 60 against a signed framework agreement.
Invoices land monthly and can be split per location or rolled up to a single remittance address — your call.
Do you ship hazmat / regulated products?
Yes. We're set up for ORM-D, LTL, and hazmat ground shipping on paints, solvents, aerosols, and adhesives. Ground is standard for CA, NV, AZ, OR, WA; LTL is available nationwide for pallet-volume orders. SDS for every regulated SKU lives one click from the product page.
We operate multiple locations — can we still use one account?
Yes. The Multi-bay and Fleet / MSO tiers support per-location ship-splits on a single PO, consolidated invoicing, and a dedicated PO portal for AP teams. We issue one monthly invoice with line-item costing by location and job code — built for the operations lead who has to cost-center everything.
What's the return policy on trade orders?
Unopened, non-regulated product returns within 30 days, no restocking fee. Mismatched or defective product — we credit or replace, whichever's faster, and we eat the return freight. Opened paint, aerosols, adhesives, and hazmat product are final-sale per SDS handling rules; your rep will verify spec before shipping on high-ticket chemistry so you don't end up with a wrong-mix drum.
Do I really get a dedicated rep?
Yes. One named person, reachable by phone, email, or text during business hours. Multi-bay and Fleet accounts get a rep and a back-up so there's never a dropped line. No ticket queues, no rotating contact — the same person who approved your account is the one who takes your call when a hardener lot number needs checking.
