The DURAMIX BY SEYMOUR 1390 Heavy Bodied Seam Sealer is a professional-grade, two-component polyurethane seam sealer designed for permanent sealing of joints, seams, and panel connections in collision repair applications. This gray-colored sealer provides excellent adhesion and durability for critical areas requiring long-term moisture and environmental protection.
Features a convenient 1:1 mix ratio for easy preparation with a 10-15 minute work time, allowing sufficient application window for complex repairs. The sealer reaches handling strength in 30-45 minutes and achieves full cure in 6-8 hours. Compatible with multiple substrates including aluminum, bare metal, e-coat, fiberglass, FRP, OEM finishes, primer, and SMC, making it versatile for various repair scenarios. The heavy-bodied consistency provides excellent gap-filling properties and maintains position during cure without sagging.
