About AutofxMart

AutofxMart is an online retailer specializing in professional auto body supply products, including abrasives, paints, coatings, primers, clears, solvents, adhesives, masking materials, detailing supplies, body repair tools, and personal protective equipment. We ship from California and serve professional body shops, hobbyists, and trade accounts across the contiguous United States.

Eligibility

To use the Site or place an order, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a legally binding contract. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at autofxmart@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

Placing Orders

  • All orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, restrict sales by geography, or refuse any order at our discretion — including orders that appear to be for resale, fraudulent, or non-compliant with applicable regulations.
  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices in your cart are not guaranteed until checkout is complete.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping, billing, and contact information.
  • Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance — we may cancel or modify an order if a pricing error, stock shortage, or compliance issue is identified.

Pricing & Promotional Codes

While we work to keep pricing accurate, errors may occur. If a product is mispriced, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order, with notice to you, before shipment. Promotional codes are subject to their stated terms (eligibility, expiration, exclusions). Codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated, are non-transferable, and have no cash value.

Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments with full SSL/TLS encryption. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including taxes and shipping.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated and applied at checkout based on the destination address and applicable state and local tax rates.

Trade Accounts

AutofxMart offers trade pricing for qualified body shops, paint shops, and professional accounts. Trade pricing is at our discretion and may require a resale certificate or business documentation. To apply, contact autofxmart@gmail.com.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times, freight handling, and hazmat restrictions are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession of the package.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window on eligible items. Specific eligibility, exclusions (including opened paints and aerosols), and refund timing are detailed in our Return & Refund Policy.

Product Information & Safety

We make every reasonable effort to display products accurately. However, we do not warrant that descriptions, colors, photographs, or other content are error-free, complete, or current. Manufacturer specifications and packaging may change without notice.

Safety Data Sheets (SDS): Many products are classified as hazardous materials. It is your responsibility to review applicable SDS documents and follow all handling, storage, transportation, and disposal instructions. SDS sheets are available from the manufacturer or by request at autofxmart@gmail.com.

Professional use: Many products on this Site are intended for use by trained professionals. AutofxMart does not provide professional advice on product selection, application techniques, or regulatory compliance. Consult a qualified professional or the manufacturer for guidance.

User-Generated Content

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content to the Site, you grant AutofxMart a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with our business. You represent that the content is your own, accurate, and does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law. We reserve the right to remove content that we deem inappropriate, off-topic, or abusive.

Intellectual Property
