How to Use
For truck bed seams, tooled door skin seams, floor pan seams, core support seams
- Clean and prepare substrate surfaces (aluminum, bare metal, e-coat, galvanized, primer, or steel) to remove contaminants, oil, and loose debris
- Load cartridge into dispensing gun and remove cap from nozzle
- Apply seam sealer directly from cartridge using brush or applicator tool to achieve desired thickness and coverage
- Tool or smooth applied sealer as needed while material remains workable
- Allow 2 hours curing time before handling or further processing
