Evercoat Feather Fill G 2 is a high‑build polyester primer‑surfacer formulated for repairing and rebuilding body panels. It is supplied in a 1 gal round can and is designed for use on fiberglass, polyester, SMC, wood and existing primer surfaces, providing a smooth, sandable base for subsequent topcoats.
The formulation offers excellent fill capability on high‑spot repairs and blends well with surrounding stock, ensuring uniform thickness and adhesion across compatible substrates. Its gray tint aids visual inspection of the underlying surface before finishing.
Due to acute toxicity, carcinogenicity, and flammability hazards, proper personal protective equipment is required: eye protection, chemical‑resistant gloves, protective clothing, and a respirator. Apply in a well‑ventilated area and follow standard first‑aid procedures for inhalation, skin, eye, or ingestion exposure.

Danger. Wear chemical‑resistant gloves, safety glasses or goggles, protective clothing (coveralls or long sleeves), and a suitable respirator when mixing or applying. This high‑build polyester primer is toxic if inhaled, can cause serious eye injury, skin corrosion, and is a recognized carcinogen and reproductive toxin. It is also flammable, an oxidizer, and harmful to aquatic life. In case of inhalation, move the person to fresh air and keep them comfortable. If skin contacts, wash thoroughly with soap and water; if eyes are affected, flush with water for at least 20 minutes; if swallowed, do not induce vomiting and seek medical help immediately.
