- Prepare substrate surface. Ensure aluminum, bare metal, concrete, e-coat, fiberglass, galvanized, OEM, plastic, polyester, primer, SMC, or wood surfaces are clean and properly prepped.
- Mix product according to manufacturer specifications for HVLP gravity gun application.
- Apply first coat using HVLP gravity gun with proper spray technique and coverage pattern.
- Apply second coat to achieve specified coverage and finish quality.
