EVERCOAT® Chrome-A-Lite™ 100839 is a professional lightweight body filler supplied in a 750 mL yellow liquid can. It is designed for rapid repair of sheet metal surfaces where low weight and high sandability are required, such as panel refinishing and spot repairs.
The formulation mixes "on-the-fly" to accommodate temperature changes, allowing consistent workability without precise ratio measurement. It adheres to aluminum, galvanized steel, and plain steel substrates, providing a uniform fill that sands easily for smooth finish preparation. Coverage rates are typical for lightweight fillers, delivering efficient material usage on thin-to-moderate thickness repairs.
Due to its acute toxicity, carcinogenicity, flammability, and oxidizing properties, appropriate personal protective equipment is mandatory: eye protection, chemical-resistant gloves, protective clothing, and a respirator.
