USC® Feather‑Rite® 21330 is a lightweight, white paste/gel auto body filler formulated for rapid repair of panels, trim and structural components. Its low‑density composition makes it ideal for filling large surface areas while minimizing weight buildup, supporting both cosmetic and structural refinishing.
The filler cures at an average application temperature of 200 °F, providing a fast flash time that speeds return to service. One gallon covers approximately 80 – 100 ft² at a 1 mm thickness, and it adheres to a broad range of substrates, including ABS, aluminum, fiberglass, galvanized steel, OEM plastics, polyester, primer, SMC, wood, and standard steel. The product’s VOC content is 215 g/L, meeting many shop emission standards.
Safety precautions are essential: the material is classified as a “Warning” hazard with acute toxicity, aspiration risk, and flammability (flash point 93.9 °F). Use eye protection, chemical‑resistant gloves, protective clothing, and a respirator in a well‑ventilated area. In case of inhalation, remove the person to fresh air; for skin contact, remove contaminated clothing and wash thoroughly.
