USC® PRO-GOLD ES 16400 is a premium body filler formulated for high-performance repairs on automotive panels and structural components. Delivered in a 1-gal yellow paste/gel, it provides the strength and sandability required for seamless panel reconstruction, dent repair, and surface preparation before painting.
The filler is engineered to cure reliably within the recommended application temperature range of up to 220 °F (average). It adheres to a wide variety of substrates-including ABS, aluminum, fiberglass, galvanized steel, OEM plastics, polyester, primer, SMC, wood, and standard automotive steel-allowing flexibility across mixed-material repairs. The product's VOC content is 215 g/L, supporting compliance with emissions regulations while delivering consistent fill performance.
Handling PRO-GOLD ES requires a "Warning" signal word safety approach. Use eye protection, chemical-resistant gloves, protective clothing, and a respirator in well-ventilated areas.
