USC GRIP 17000 Lightweight Body Filler is a one-gallon gray paste/gel designed for rapid repair of automotive panels, filler applications, and spot repairs where low weight and high buildability are required.
The formulation adheres to a wide range of substrates-including ABS, aluminum, fiberglass, galvanized steel, OEM plastics, polyester, primer, SMC, wood, and standard automotive steels-providing consistent fill without excessive sag. With a packaged VOC level of 205 g/L, the filler meets environmental regulations while delivering the strength needed for structural repairs.
Handling requires strict PPE: eye protection, chemical-resistant gloves, protective clothing, and a respirator are mandatory due to acute toxicity, aspiration hazards, and flammability (flash point 93.9 °F/34.4 °C). Use in a well-ventilated area and follow standard first-aid procedures for inhalation or skin contact.
