The adhesive offers a 25-second work time followed by a sandable window of five minutes, allowing technicians to shape the repair quickly before final cure. The formulation cures to a hard, impact-resistant finish that sands cleanly for subsequent primer and paint work.

How to Use
For general-purpose bonding, repairing and replacing broken or missing mounting tabs, replacing worn or stripped threads, bond and repair mounting brackets on parts such as tail lamps, head lamps, mirrors and other automotive exterior and interior tr....
- Clean and dry the substrate (ABS, plastic, or polyester) to remove oil, grease, and loose material.
- Dispense the adhesive and apply within the 25-second work time; maintain ambient temperature between 20 °F and 180 °F during application.
- Allow the bond to become sandable for up to 5 minutes before sanding or shaping the repair.
- Proceed with subsequent coats or finishing operations only after the sandable time has elapsed and the surface temperature remains within the specified range.
