HFP-Series Urethane Basecoat is a quick dry, good hiding, factory pack line of many popular colors. Various OEM colors are available. Ideal for overalls, large blend area repairs or for ground-coat material.
High Teck™ HFP250-4 Series HFP National Rule urethane basecoat is a 1‑qt, black, water‑borne coating formulated for automotive OEM, e‑coat, and polyester substrates. It meets National Paint and Body Shop Federation (NPBSF) requirements for high‑performance basecoats in collision repair.
The formulation offers a low VOC level of 6.8 lb/gal in ready‑to‑spray condition and a pot‑life mix ratio that allows ample working time before flash. Designed for uniform coverage on prepared e‑coat, OEM, and polyester panels, it provides the consistency needed for color match and durability in high‑traffic areas.
Due to its acute toxicity, carcinogenicity, and flammability, the product is classified with a Danger signal word. Use eye protection, chemical‑resistant gloves, protective clothing, and a suitable respirator in a well‑ventilated area. Follow all H‑statements (H226, H315, H320, H332, H335, H341, H350, H361) and SDS guidelines for safe handling.
