High Teck™ 77425-1 High Solids Primer/Sealer is a versatile gray primer designed for professional collision repair applications requiring superior adhesion and coverage. This 4:1 mixing ratio primer delivers excellent build properties while maintaining a low 2.1 lb/gal VOC content at 141 g/L, making it compliant with most regional air quality regulations.
The primer bonds effectively to multiple substrates including steel, aluminum, galvanized metal, fiberglass, SMC, e-coat, OEM finishes, and existing primer surfaces. With a sandable time of 60-90 minutes and an extended 2-3 hour pot life at 77°F, technicians have ample working time for application while maintaining efficient workflow. Application Guide
- Ensure substrate is clean and properly prepared. Compatible with aluminum, e-coat, fiberglass, galvanized steel, OEM finishes, existing primer, SMC, and steel surfaces.
