High Teck™ 77425-4 High Solids Primer/Sealer is a professional-grade gray primer designed for collision repair and refinish applications. This 4:1 mixing ratio primer provides excellent adhesion and coverage across multiple substrate types, making it ideal for panel preparation and repair work in body shops.
The primer offers fast productivity with a sandable time of 60-90 minutes and extended working time with a 2-3 hour pot life at 77°F. Compatible with aluminum, e-coat, fiberglass, galvanized steel, OEM finishes, existing primer, SMC, and steel substrates, this versatile primer eliminates the need for multiple products. Application Guide
- Prepare substrate surface. Compatible with aluminum, e-coat, fiberglass, galvanized steel, OEM finishes, existing primer, SMC, and steel substrates.
- Mix primer/sealer at 4:1 ratio with appropriate activator. Use mixed material within 2-3 hours pot life at 77°F.
