Application Guide
- Ensure substrate is clean and properly prepared. Compatible with e-coat and polyester substrates.
- Mix product according to manufacturer's specifications. Use within 30-45 minutes pot life at 72°F (22.2°C) and 50% relative humidity.
- Apply first coat at 1 mil thickness. Product coverage is 450 sq. ft. per gallon at 1 coat at 1 mil.
- Allow 25 minutes dry time between coats.
- Apply second coat following same thickness guidelines.
- Allow 25 minutes dry time before applying final coat.
- Apply third coat to complete the 3-coat system.
- Allow final dry time of 25 minutes before handling or additional operations.
