The catalyst delivers an 8-hour pot life for efficient workflow management while maintaining a 15-minute flash time at ambient temperature. For accelerated curing, the system flashes in 30 minutes at 140°F. The cured system provides excellent adhesion and corrosion resistance on prepared metal substrates. With a VOC content of 458.69 g/L, proper spray booth ventilation and appropriate respiratory protection are required during application.
