HOUSE OF KOLOR® USC01.G17 Kosmic Urethane Show Klear is a one-part urethane clearcoat formulated for high-gloss, automotive finish work. It is mixed at a 3:1:1 ratio of resin, hardener, and activator and is designed for use over e-coat substrates, providing a durable, UV-stable top layer on new or repaired panels.
The formulation offers an air dry time of 24 hours at 70 °F (21 °C), allowing sufficient flash time for handling and subsequent sanding before final curing. With a VOC content of 4.0 lb/gal (480 g/L), it meets U.S. emissions regulations while delivering the depth of color and clarity expected from a premium urethane clear.
Safety is critical: the product carries a Danger signal word and is classified as an acute toxicity, oxidizer, and skin corrosion hazard.
