USC01 kosmic urethane show klear is developed to have an excellent chemical, fuel, and water resistance. USC01 has increased UV blocking capability when compared with standard automotive clear products, for extra protection against the sun. USC01 meets all VOC rules and regulations, coast-to-coast compliant.
HOUSE OF KOLOR® USC01.Q01 Kosmic Urethane Show Klear is a single-component, high-gloss urethane clearcoat designed for automotive finish work where a deep, reflective surface is required. It is mixed at a 3:1:1 ratio (base:hardener:activator) and applied over e-coat primed substrates.
The formula offers an air dry time of 24 hours at 70 °F, providing a predictable flash schedule for body shop workflows. With a VOC content of 4.0 lb/gal (480 g/L), it meets U.S. emissions compliance while delivering the durability and clarity expected from a professional urethane topcoat.
Safety is critical: the product carries a Danger signal word, classified as an acute toxicity, oxidizer, and skin corrosive hazard. Use with eye protection, chemical-resistant gloves, and a respirator in a well-ventilated area. Flash point is 19 °C (66 °F); handle away from ignition sources.
