Fusor® 129 Fast Sealer is a high-performance paste sealer designed for rapid sealing applications in collision repair and auto body work. This tan-colored sealer provides excellent adhesion across multiple substrates including aluminum, bare metal, plastic, primer, and steel, making it ideal for mixed-material repairs and panel sealing operations.
The fast-cure formulation offers a 5 to 8 minute application window with full cure achieved in 1 hour at 70°F, enabling efficient workflow and quick turnaround times. How to Use
For duplicating factory appearance on roof channels, door seams, drip rails, trunk seams and truck bed floor seams
- Clean and prepare substrate surfaces (aluminum, bare metal, plastic, primer, or steel) to ensure proper adhesion
- Apply sealer paste directly to prepared substrate within 5 to 8 minute application window
- Allow to cure for 1 hour at 70°F before handling or applying additional coats
- Clean tools and equipment immediately after use while product is still uncured
