SprayMax 2‑Part Rapid Primer Filler is a non‑isocyanate, high‑build primer designed for fast fill and sand‑ready finish on a range of body shop substrates. It is formulated for use on aluminum, e‑coat, galvanized steel, plastic, polyester, existing primer and bare steel, making it suitable for both repair and new‑build applications.
The system offers a flash time of 2–3 minutes, allowing rapid recoat and sanding cycles while maintaining excellent adhesion and fill capability. Its two‑component chemistry provides consistent coverage and a smooth surface without the health concerns associated with isocyanates.
Because the formulation is classified with a “Warning” signal word and includes acute toxicity, aspiration, carcinogen, and other GHS hazards, appropriate personal protective equipment is required. Use eye protection, chemical‑resistant gloves, protective clothing and a respirator, and ensure adequate ventilation during application.
