SEM Dual-Mix 39377 2-Component Seam Sealer 7 oz Dark Gray Cartridge
Built for the job.
Dual-Mix™ Seam sealer is a medium viscosity, two-component, epoxy sealer for sealing interior or exterior seams, joints and voids.
Dual-Mix™ 39377 is a 2‑component liquid seam sealer supplied in a 7 oz cartridge, formulated for rapid repair of seams on automotive panels. It is designed for use on a wide range of substrates including aluminum, steel, bare metal, e‑coat, fiberglass, OEM plastics, primer, and SMC, making it suitable for most body‑shop applications.
The system provides a 60‑minute work time and reaches sandable condition in 15 minutes, allowing efficient feather‑feathering before final cure. Full cure is achieved in 48 hours at 70 °F, and the formulation is zero‑VOC, reducing environmental impact and compliance concerns. Coverage is optimized for dark‑gray finish matching typical panel colors.
Due to its acute toxicity, skin corrosion, eye damage, and respiratory hazards, appropriate personal protective equipment is required: chemical‑resistant gloves, eye protection, protective clothing, and a respirator in well‑ventilated areas. Follow H302, H315, H317, H319, H335, and H351 safety statements during handling.
