SEM 77723 Adhesion Promoter is a 16-oz liquid designed to improve the bond strength of coatings applied to aluminum, plastic, and steel panels in collision repair and refinishing operations.
The promoter contains 762 g/L VOCs and features a flash point of -103 °C, indicating high volatility that facilitates rapid solvent evaporation and substrate wetting.
