Dual-Mix™ 41807 Quick Set 180 is a 2-component urethane adhesive supplied in a 7 oz cartridge, formulated for rapid bonding of panel assemblies in collision repair. Its low-viscosity black liquid delivers a strong, flexible joint on aluminum, steel, fiberglass, OEM panels, and primed substrates.
At 70°F (21°C) the adhesive provides 90 minutes of work time, a sandable window after 15 minutes, and reaches full cure in 24 hours. One cartridge lays approximately 115 in of 3/8-in bead, offering efficient coverage for most panel repairs while maintaining zero VOC emissions.
Handling requires standard PPE: eye protection, chemical-resistant gloves, protective clothing, and a respirator in confined spaces. The material has a flash point of 94 °C and is classified with acute toxicity, skin corrosion, and respiratory hazards; ensure adequate ventilation and follow the H-statements listed on the SDS.

How to Use
For MIG or STRSW welding
- Clean and dry the substrate (aluminum, steel, fiberglass, OEM panels, primer-coated surfaces) to remove oil, rust, or contaminants.
- Mix the two components in a 1:1 ratio. The mixed adhesive has a work time of 90 minutes at 70°F (21°C).
- Apply a continuous bead (≈3/8") to the joint. Position parts and press together; no additional coats are required.
- Allow the bond to set for up to 15 minutes before handling; full cure is achieved after 24 hours at 70°F (21°C).
- Remove any excess adhesive with a solvent-compatible cleaner while the material remains tacky, then wipe the area clean.
