Rock-It XC™ 46650 is a two-part, high-performance truck bed liner and protective coating kit designed for durable, impact-resistant finishes on heavy-duty surfaces. It provides a seamless barrier against abrasion, chemicals, and UV exposure for commercial and fleet applications.
The formulation delivers up to 150 sq ft per gallon when applied with a spray gun, covering aluminum, steel, galvanized metal, fiberglass, concrete, OEM plastics, wood, and primed substrates in a single system. Flash time is -18 °C, allowing rapid tack-off while maintaining a workable pot life for professional spray equipment. The coating cures to a hard, chemically resistant film that adheres without additional primers on most listed substrates.
Due to its acute toxicity and flammability classification (GHS hazards include eye damage, skin corrosion, respiratory irritation, and carcinogenicity), full PPE is required: safety glasses, chemical-resistant gloves, protective clothing, and a respirator. Apply in a well-ventilated area and follow all H-statements (H225, H315, H319, H335, H336, H350, H361) for safe handling.

How to Use
For use on steel, aluminum, galvanized, existing OEM paint, polyester fillers, e-coat, fiberglass, SMC, GRP, plastics, wood and concrete
- Thoroughly clean the substrate (aluminum, steel, fiberglass, etc.) and remove all contaminants to ensure proper adhesion.
- Apply Rock-It XC coating using the chosen method (spray or roller) at a rate that provides up to 150 sq ft per gallon. Apply a uniform coat over the entire surface.
- While the final coat is still wet, remove all masking tape and any protective films.
