Application Guide
- Clean and degrease the substrate (aluminum, bare metal, e-coat, fiberglass, galvanized steel, etc.) to remove oil, rust, and contaminants.
- The primer is ready to spray; no mixing ratio required. Note that the material retains a usable pot life of up to 5 days when stored at 70 °C and 50 % RH.
- Apply the first coat with steady, even strokes using the aerosol can. Maintain proper atomization for uniform coverage.
- Allow the primer to become dry to touch (flash time) for approximately 15 minutes before applying additional coats if needed.
- If a second coat is required, repeat step 3 and observe the same 15-minute flash time between coats.
