Polyvance Bumper & Cladding Coatβ’ 3602-4 is a medium-viscosity, pourable adhesion primer formulated for bumper and cladding applications. It provides a durable bond on e-coat, OEM finishes, plastics, polyester substrates, and existing primers, preparing the surface for subsequent basecoat and clearcoat layers.
The low VOC formulation (6.3 lb/gal or 755 g/L) delivers consistent coverage while meeting environmental regulations. Designed for professional body shops, it adheres to a wide range of automotive substrates without the need for additional sanding when applied to compatible surfaces.
Safety is critical: the product carries a "Warning" signal word and is classified for acute toxicity, eye damage, and flammability (H226, H317, H320). Use eye protection, gloves, protective clothing, and a respirator in a well-ventilated area. In case of exposure, follow the first-aid instructions on the SDS.
