The 1 US Gallon Raptor Kit is the industry standard in bedliner coating. Each kit contains four bottles of Raptor and one tin of hardener. Each kit covers approximately 125 square feet, enough to do a full size pick-up truck bed. Compatible with both Raptor Schutz and Professional Vari-Nozzle application guns.
The U-POL RAPTOR UP0820V Low VOC Raptor Kit is a high-performance, two-component coating designed for professional body shop applications where low odor and reduced VOC emissions are required. It is supplied in a 3:1 mixing ratio compatible with HVLP gravity guns and provides up to 125 sq-ft of coverage per kit when applied in two coats.
Formulated for a broad range of substrates-including aluminum, bare metal, concrete, e-coat, fiberglass, galvanized steel, OEM plastics, polyester, primer, SMC, and wood-the kit delivers consistent flash times and cure performance while maintaining a VOC level of 9.18 lb/gal US (1120 g/L). This low-VOC formulation meets stringent environmental regulations without compromising film build or durability.
Due to its classification as acute toxic, carcinogenic, and flammable, proper personal protective equipment is mandatory: eye protection, chemical-resistant gloves, protective clothing, and a respirator must be worn. Ensure adequate ventilation during mixing and application to control inhalation hazards.

How to Use
Use for automotive, construction, marine, recreational, industrial, agricultural and commercial applications.
- Prepare the substrate by removing all loose material, oil, grease, and contaminants; ensure the surface is dry and free of dust.
- Mix the two components in a 3 : 1 weight ratio using a high-volume low-pressure (HVLP) gravity gun. Mix thoroughly until uniform.
- Apply the material with an even sweeping motion, covering the surface uniformly.
- Allow the first coat to flash (dry) before applying a second coat; total of two coats is recommended for full coverage.
