The 1 US Gallon Raptor Kit is the industry standard in bedliner coating. Each kit contains four bottles of Raptor and one tin of hardener. Each kit covers approximately 125 square feet, enough to do a full size pick-up truck bed. Compatible with both Raptor Schutz and Professional Vari-Nozzle application guns.
U-POL RAPTOR UP0821V is a low-VOC, tintable coating kit formulated for automotive refinishing and collision repair. Designed for a 3:1 mix ratio, the system provides a uniform finish on a wide range of substrates, including aluminum, bare metal, e-coat, fiberglass, galvanized steel, plastics, polyester, wood, and concrete.
With a VOC content of 9.18 lb/gal (1120 g/L), the kit delivers up to 125 sq ft coverage per kit at two coats. The coating flashes off in approximately 60 minutes, allowing additional layers without compromising adhesion. Its fast cure and high solids content make it suitable for high-throughput body shops seeking consistent color matching and durability.
Due to the listed GHS hazards-acute toxicity, skin corrosion, eye damage, flammability, and respiratory risks-use of appropriate personal protective equipment is mandatory: safety glasses or goggles, chemical-resistant gloves, protective clothing, and a respirator. How to Use
Use for automotive, construction, marine, recreational, industrial, agricultural and commercial applications.
- Clean and degrease the substrate (aluminum, bare metal, concrete, e-coat, fiberglass, galvanized, OEM plastic, polyester, primer, SMC, wood) to remove all oils, rust, and loose material.
- Mix the two components at a 3 : 1 ratio by volume. Stir thoroughly until a uniform consistency is achieved.
- Apply the first coat using spray or roller, maintaining proper atomization for even coverage.
- Allow the first coat to flash off for 60 minutes before applying the second coat.
- After the second coat, let the finish cure as per ambient conditions; no additional coats are required.
