U-POL RAPTOR® 4877 1K Truck Bed Coating is a high-build, white aerosol finish designed for durable truck bed resurfacing and other exterior repairs. Delivered in a 14.3 oz can, it provides approximately 8.6 sq-ft of coverage per spray at the recommended application temperature of 20 °C (70 °F).
The coating is compatible with a broad range of substrates, including aluminum, e-coat, fiberglass, OEM paint, plastic, primer, SMC, steel and wood, allowing seamless integration into mixed-material repairs. With a VOC content of 517 g/L (4.3 lb/gal), it meets stringent emissions requirements while delivering the high-solids performance expected in commercial body shop applications.
