E-COAT#12 is a corrosion resistant, color matched coating that restores the original appearance and gloss of factory ecoat. Use E-COAT #12 on any e-coated panel, vehicle floor, engine bay, cross members, core supports, door skins. ECOAT #12 can be used as a DTM primer or as a single coating to match the OEM finish.

U-POL E-COAT#12 UP0892 is a specialized repair aerosol designed to restore factory e-coat primer protection on automotive panels. This light green formulation provides corrosion resistance and primer adhesion properties essential for professional collision repair work, delivering 59 square feet of coverage per 450 mL aerosol can.

The coating bonds to multiple substrates including steel, aluminum, galvanized metal, fiberglass, SMC, and existing OEM finishes, making it versatile for various repair scenarios. Application temperature range of 40°F to 78°F allows for use in most shop environments, with 1-2 coats typically sufficient for proper coverage. This aerosol format enables precise application in hard-to-reach areas and provides consistent film thickness control.
