U-POL 2275 National Rule High Build Primer is a professional-grade primer designed for body shop applications requiring excellent build and coverage. This black primer delivers superior adhesion across multiple substrates including steel, aluminum, galvanized metal, fiberglass, SMC, polyester, and various plastic surfaces, making it versatile for collision repair work.
The primer offers a 4:1 mixing ratio and can be applied in 1-2 coats depending on substrate preparation and repair requirements. With a 400 g/l VOC content, it meets National Rule emissions standards while maintaining professional performance characteristics. The product provides a 2-year shelf life when stored in sealed original containers, ensuring consistent performance over extended periods.
As with all primer applications, ensure adequate ventilation and use appropriate personal protective equipment including respiratory protection, gloves, and eye protection during mixing, application, and curing processes.
