Dynatron Dyna-Glass 464 is a short-strand fiberglass reinforced body filler supplied in a 1 gal green liquid/paste can. It is designed for rapid repair of panels, structural patches, and sculpted fills on a variety of automotive substrates.
Mixed with 2 % hardener by weight, the filler reaches sandable time in 8-12 minutes at 77 °F (25 °C), providing fast turnaround without sacrificing workability. The formulation is compatible with aluminum, steel, fiberglass, plastic, polyester and primer surfaces, delivering a uniform fill that sands cleanly. VOC emissions are limited to 13 lb/gal, supporting shop compliance.
Use in temperatures above 45 °F (7 °C). Because the product presents acute toxicity, aspiration risk, and is flammable with a flash point of 111 °C, technicians must wear eye protection, gloves, protective clothing, and a respirator, and ensure adequate ventilation.

How to Use
For use as a reinforcement material during the repair of holes, cracks or tears in metal and fiberglass panels
- Clean the substrate (aluminum, fiberglass, plastic, polyester, primer, or steel) and remove all rust, oil, and loose material.
- Mix filler with a hardener at 2 % hardener by weight (98 % filler : 2 % hardener). Stir until uniform; work temperature must be above 45°F (7°C).
- Apply the first coat to the prepared area using a spreader or trowel. Shape to required thickness.
- Allow the material to set for its sandable time of 8-12 minutes, then sand to shape.
- If additional buildup is needed, repeat steps 3-4 for subsequent coats, observing the same sandable window.
- After final sanding, allow the filler to fully cure before priming or painting (follow manufacturer's cure recommendations).
