Delivered in a 1 gal can with a whitish tint, it provides the base layer for topcoats on repair panels, refinishing projects, and custom finishes.
The binder offers a pot life of 2 hours at 20 °C (68 °F) and a dry time of 2-4 hours under the same conditions, allowing efficient workflow without sacrificing performance. One gallon covers approximately 381.74 ft² assuming 100 % transfer efficiency, making it suitable for large panels and complex shapes. How to Use
For heavy industrial equipment, oil field equipment, construction equipment, aircraft and marine (above the water line), airport ground support equipment, truck and trailer refinishing, equipment, truck, trailer OEM finishing
- Clean and degrease the substrate (aluminum, e-coat, fiberglass, galvanized, OEM, plastic, primer, steel, wood) to ensure proper adhesion.
- Apply the binder using a spray gun at the recommended pressure; cover the surface uniformly.
- Allow 2-4 hours drying time at 20 °C (68 °F) before handling or applying additional coats.
- Maintain a pot life of up to 2 hours at 20 °C (68 °F); if the material exceeds this period, discard and mix fresh batch.
