MATRIX MP-233-G01 Low VOC DTM Surface/Sealer is a gray, waterborne primer surfacer formulated for automotive body repair and refinishing. Designed for use as the first coating over a wide range of substrates, it provides a consistent base for subsequent color coats.
Applied at a 4:1:1 volume mix ratio (primer : surfer : hardener), the material offers a flash time of 10-15 minutes and a sandable window of 60-90 minutes, allowing rapid progression through multi-coat systems. It adheres to aluminum, e-coat, fiberglass, OEM panels, plastic, primer, SMC, and steel, delivering 15-25 coats per container when mixed as specified.
