Polyvance Bumper & Cladding Coat™ 3601-A is a medium-viscosity, pourable adhesion primer formulated for bumper and cladding applications. It provides a uniform light gray base that promotes strong bond strength on a variety of substrates commonly encountered in collision repair.
The primer is compatible with e-coat, OEM finishes, plastics, polyester, and existing primers, delivering consistent coverage while maintaining low VOC emissions at 6.3 lb/gal (755 g/L). Its formulation ensures reliable adhesion without excessive flash time, allowing efficient workflow before topcoat application.
Use in a well-ventilated area and wear appropriate PPE: eye protection, gloves, protective clothing, and a respirator. The product carries a "Warning" signal word with acute toxicity, eye damage, and flammability hazards (H226, H317, H320). Follow standard first-aid procedures for inhalation, skin, eye, or ingestion exposure.
