Formulated with short-strand fiberglass fibers, DURAGLAS provides ultimate strength and durability on rust-outs, holes, tears and cracks. DURAGLAS is ideal for use on metal and fiberglass panels and is 100% waterproof.
USC® DURAGLAS® 24030 is a short‑strand fiberglass filler supplied in a 1 gal can, formulated for high‑strength repair and shaping of structural and aesthetic defects on a wide range of substrates. The dark green, solid resin is ideal for filling dents, gouges, and seam cracks before sanding and finishing.
The filler bonds to ABS, aluminum, bare metal, concrete, fiberglass, plastics, SMC, steel, and wood, providing versatile coverage across typical body‑shop materials. With a packaged VOC level of 242 g/L, it meets environmental regulations while delivering the stiffness and sandability required for precise contour work. The product’s flash point is 93.9 °F (34.4 °C), indicating moderate flammability and the need for controlled temperature handling.
