USC® 16500 Lightweight Advanced Filler is a one-gallon gold-colored liquid designed for rapid body repair and shaping on a wide range of substrates. It provides high build strength while remaining lightweight, making it ideal for filling dents, panel gaps, and sculpting complex contours before final finishing.
The filler is compatible with ABS, aluminum, fiberglass, galvanized metal, OEM plastics, polyester, primer, SMC, steel, and wood, offering versatile application across most repair scenarios. Packaged VOC content is 205 g/L, and the material has an estimated flash point of 93.9 °F (34.4 °C), supporting safe handling in typical shop environments.
