USC® 26112 Lightweight Commercial Poly Plus Production Filler is a silver-gray liquid filler formulated for high-volume body shop applications where rapid sandability and low weight are essential. It is designed to build out surface imperfections on a wide range of substrates, including ABS, aluminum, fiberglass, galvanized steel, OEM plastics, polyester, primer, SMC, wood, and standard automotive steel.
The formulation delivers a VOC level of 221 g/L, providing efficient curing while maintaining compliance with many shop ventilation standards. Its low density reduces overall part weight without sacrificing fill strength, allowing consistent coverage on complex contours. The product adheres well to both metal and composite surfaces, supporting seamless integration into multi-coat repair systems.
Handling requires a "Warning" signal word designation. Use eye protection, chemical-resistant gloves, protective clothing, and an appropriate respirator in a well-ventilated area. Follow the SDS for first-aid procedures and exposure controls.
