FEATHER-RITE® quality lightweight auto body filler is USC® best selling lightweight body repair filler with superb spreadability and workability. The smooth, creamy formula is easy to apply and sand, tack-free, clog-free and virtually pinhole-free.
USC® Feather-Rite® 21335 is a lightweight, off-white liquid filler designed for high-performance autobody repair and panel shaping. Formulated for one-quart containers, it provides a smooth, sandable fill that restores surface uniformity on a wide range of substrates.
The filler cures at an average application temperature of 200 °F, delivering rapid flash time while maintaining workability. It adheres to ABS, aluminum, fiberglass, galvanized steel, OEM plastics, polyester, primer, SMC, wood and other common repair materials, offering versatile coverage without excessive buildup. VOC content is limited to 215 g/L, supporting compliance with emissions regulations.
Safety measures are critical: the product carries a "Warning" signal word and presents acute toxicity, flammability (flash point 93.9 °F/34.4 °C), and respiratory hazards. Use eye protection, chemical-resistant gloves, protective clothing, and a respirator in a well-ventilated area. Follow standard first-aid procedures for inhalation or skin contact.
