FUZION™ lightweight filler is formulated with patent pending N-TEK for maximum adhesion to galvanized, steel, aluminum and all metals. Formulated to deliver an easy to spread and easy to sand finish, FUZION&trade is clog-free, tack-free and ideal for use on all metal surfaces.
USC® FUZION™ 16000 is a lightweight body filler formulated for rapid repair of automotive panels and structural components. Delivered in a 1-gal light-blue liquid, it provides a low-density fill that sands easily for smooth finish work on dents, rust patches, and surface imperfections.
The filler can be applied at an average temperature of 220 °F and offers broad substrate compatibility, including ABS, aluminum, fiberglass, galvanized steel, OEM plastics, polyester, primer, SMC, wood, and standard automotive steels. With a packaged VOC content of 215 g/L, it meets typical environmental regulations while delivering consistent coverage across varied materials.
Handling requires a "Warning" signal word classification. Use eye protection, chemical-resistant gloves, protective clothing, and a respirator in well-ventilated areas. Follow standard first-aid procedures for inhalation, skin contact, or eye exposure as outlined in the SDS.
