EVERCOAT® Rage® Gold 100112 is a lightweight, premium body filler supplied in a 3 L gray liquid can. It is formulated for high‑performance repairs on aluminum, galvanized steel, and standard steel panels, delivering a smooth fill that sands easily to a paint‑ready finish.
The filler is mixed “on‑the‑fly,” allowing technicians to adjust the ratio in response to ambient temperature and humidity for optimal workability. Its low viscosity provides excellent flow and coverage, reducing the number of passes needed to build up the repair area while maintaining the strength required for structural fills.
Handling requires full personal protective equipment: eye protection, chemical‑resistant gloves, protective clothing, and a respirator. Use in a well‑ventilated area and follow the SDS first‑aid guidelines for inhalation, skin, eye, and ingestion exposures.

How to Use
For steel, aluminum, fiberglass, galvanized steel, SMC substrates
- Clean and degrease the substrate (aluminum, galvanized, or steel) to remove all contaminants.
- Adjust the mix ratio “on‑the‑fly” according to ambient temperature and humidity as recommended during mixing.
- Stir the filler thoroughly to a uniform consistency and apply with a spreader or trowel to the prepared area.
- Allow the filler to cure according to the manufacturer’s guidelines before sanding or applying additional coats.
