3M 8364 Beige 1‑Component Seam Sealer 310 mL Flex‑Pack – 24 hr Cure, Paintable After 30 min
Built for the job.
Our 3M™ urethane seam sealer is a high solids seam sealer ideal for sealing automotive and RV seams and joints. It adheres well to bare metal, primed metal and painted surfaces and if desired can be smoothed to a featheredge and/or brushed. Tack-free and paintable after 30 to 45 min, this urethane formula is…
3M 08364 is a single-component, beige paste seam sealer designed for automotive body repair where a flexible, durable seal is required on bare metal or primed surfaces. It cures to full strength in 24 hours, providing a reliable barrier against moisture and corrosion.
The formulation remains workable from 20°F to 180°F (-28°C to 82°C), allowing application in most shop environments without temperature restrictions. Its one-component system eliminates mixing errors, and the paste consistency offers excellent coverage for seam joints and panel gaps.
Due to its hazardous classification-including acute toxicity, aspiration hazard, and carcinogenic potential-use requires gloves, protective clothing, and a respirator in a well-ventilated area. Follow standard first-aid procedures: flush eyes with water for at least 15 minutes, wash skin thoroughly, and seek medical attention if inhaled or ingested.
