USC® PRO-GLAZE™ 26118 is a 24 oz liquid polyester finishing putty designed for high‑quality surface preparation and final finishing in automotive body repair. It provides a smooth, sandable base for clear coats, blends, and topcoats on a wide range of repair substrates.
Formulated for use at application temperatures between 210 °F and 230 °F, PRO‑GLAZE adheres to ABS, aluminum, fiberglass, galvanized steel, OEM plastics, polyester, primer, SMC, wood, and other typical body shop materials. The product contains 278 g/L VOCs, offering efficient coverage while maintaining the workability needed for precise sculpting and feathering.
Due to its flammable nature (flash point 93.9 °F) and listed GHS hazards, operators must wear eye protection, chemical‑resistant gloves, protective clothing, and a respirator, and work in a well‑ventilated area. Follow standard first‑aid procedures for inhalation, ingestion, or skin contact as outlined in the SDS.

How to Use
For minor body work and surface imperfections (1/8 in THK or less) such as sand scratches, chips, scratches and pinholes
