The DURAMIX 1320 Rigid Urethane Foam is a professional-grade two-part expanding foam designed for structural repairs and cavity filling in collision repair applications. This 7 oz. system delivers consistent results with its convenient 1:1 mix ratio, making it ideal for reinforcing damaged areas, filling voids, and providing structural support in both metal and composite repairs.
With a rapid 10-25 second work time, this foam requires quick, precise application while offering excellent adhesion to multiple substrates including aluminum, bare metal, e-coat, fiberglass, SMC, and existing primer surfaces. The system cures in 30-45 minutes and becomes paintable in just 10-15 minutes, significantly reducing cycle time. Handling time of 3-4 minutes allows for trimming and shaping before full cure.
This rigid foam system requires adequate ventilation during application and curing. Personal protective equipment including gloves, eye protection, and respiratory protection should be used when working with urethane foam products.
