Evercoat Feather Fill G 2 (SKU FIB.711.GL) is a high-build polyester primer-surfacers formulated for repairing and rebuilding body panels where extensive fill is required. It is supplied in a 1-gal round can with a buff finish, making it suitable for large surface repairs before topcoat application.
The formulation adheres to fiberglass, polyester, existing primers, SMC, and wood substrates, providing uniform coverage and excellent sandability. Its high-build nature reduces the number of coats needed for deep fills, improving shop efficiency while maintaining a smooth substrate ready for subsequent coating layers.
Due to its classification as acute toxic, carcinogenic, flammable, and an oxidizer, proper personal protective equipment is mandatory: wear eye protection, chemical-resistant gloves, protective clothing, and a respirator in well-ventilated areas. Follow standard first-aid procedures for inhalation, skin contact, eye exposure, and ingestion as outlined in the SDS.
