How to Use
For quarter panels, rear body panels, roof panels, door skins, van side panels, outer truck bed panels
- Clean and prepare substrate surfaces (aluminum, e-coat, galvanized, primer, or steel) to remove contaminants and ensure proper adhesion
- Load cartridge into dispensing gun and mix adhesive components according to manufacturer's 2-part system requirements
- Apply paste adhesive to one or both surfaces as needed for the bonding application
- Join substrates and clamp or fixture as required during 4-hour curing process
- Allow full cure time before subjecting bond to service loads
