How to Use
For patch panel bonding and weld bonding of properly prepared dissimilar metals, cab corners, panel sections
- Clean and prepare substrate surfaces (aluminum, e-coat, galvanized, primer, or steel) according to standard body shop practices
- Install cartridge in dispensing gun and dispense initial amount to ensure proper mixing of 2-part adhesive
- Apply adhesive paste directly from cartridge to prepared substrate surface
- Join parts and secure in position for bonding process
- Allow 2 hours for full curing before handling or further processing
