Colad BodyGuard® 520056 Spray Overall is a large-format, gray nylon taffeta cover garment designed for body shop technicians who need durable protection while performing sanding, masking, or spray work on vehicle panels.
The fabric features a 190 gsm weight with 1 % carbon thread reinforcement, providing abrasion resistance and dimensional stability across multiple applications. It is compatible with ABS, plastic, polyester, and steel substrates, allowing up to six coats of primer, basecoat, or clearcoat without compromising the garment's integrity. The elastic waist ensures a secure fit for extended use.
When handling this product, wear appropriate PPE including gloves and eye protection, and ensure adequate ventilation. Refer to the Safety Data Sheet; the material is identified by CAS 01-11-2.

Application Guide
- Thoroughly clean the substrate (ABS, plastic, polyester, or steel) to remove dust, oil, and loose material; wipe with a lint-free cloth.
- Mask adjacent areas and protect surrounding surfaces as required.
- Apply Colad BodyGuard® spray in six even coats, allowing each coat to become touch-dry before applying the next.
- After the final coat, allow the finish to fully cure according to ambient conditions before handling or reassembly.
