Colad BodyGuard® 520058 is a spray-on protective garment designed for use in auto body repair environments where technicians require durable, flame-resistant coverage. The X-Large nylon taffeta construction (190 T/1% carbon thread) provides an elastic waist for secure fit and mobility during painting, sanding, and welding operations.
The material is compatible with a range of substrates including ABS, plastic, polyester, and steel, allowing it to be used across diverse repair tasks. Six coats are recommended for optimal protection when applying additional surface finishes over the garment. The fabric's carbon-filled weave offers enhanced resistance to heat and abrasion while maintaining flexibility.
When handling this product, use appropriate personal protective equipment such as chemical-resistant gloves and eye protection, and ensure adequate ventilation. Refer to the Safety Data Sheet for CAS No. 01-11-2 and follow all recommended safety procedures.
