How to Use

For use on direct to metal, SMC, lightly abraded E-coat, fiberglass, OEM paint surfaces

  1. Thoroughly clean the substrate (aluminum, bare metal, e‑coat, fiberglass, galvanized, OEM, polyester, primer, SMC, steel) to remove oil, grease, dust, and loose material.
  2. Verify ambient temperature is at least 68 °F before application.
  3. Apply 1‑2 coats of U‑POL UP0791V High‑Build Primer using a spray gun or suitable applicator, achieving even coverage (approximately 21.5 sq‑ft per 450 mL).
  4. Allow each coat to dry for 60 minutes before applying additional coats or proceeding to the next finish coat.
